My path with this work
My Turning Point
as a newer attorney and owner of my own firm early on, I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I needed help. Then, I discovered the book "The HeartMath Solution: The Institute of HeartMath's Revolutionary Program for Engaging the Power of the Heart's Intelligence." It was a turning point for me.
My journey with HeartMath began, and my life was so different from that point forward.
